Senior Quantity Surveyor / England

A well-established Medium sized UK Main Contractor based in Hertfordshire are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. My client has a variety of exciting projects that the successful applicant will be working on. The types of projects my clients work on are predominantly New Build and Refurbishments in the Residential, Commercial, Educational, Retail, Healthcare, Sport and Leisure sectors.

My client is preferably looking for an individual with a good Design & Build pedigree, and Residential experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to join a solid company with a good reputation. My client is very well established in the Construction industry, and has strong long lasting relationships with existing Clients.

Due to my client being a medium sized Main Contractor, this means that they are also a tightknit company. They work as a team and have a good, positive working atmosphere. They have also shown successful growth over the years, however have wanted to keep their tightknit identity so have not grown too much and lost this identity.
