Role: Quantity Surveyor

An experienced Quantity Surveyor (to soon step up to Senior) is required for a market leading and award winning UK specialist Contractor working on many high value projects the within Civil Engineering, Piling and Construction industry.

Tasks:

• Prepare and Check financial forecasts and project reports
• Contract Negotiation
• Cost Value Reporting/Tracking
• Liaise and agree monthly valuations with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ Years' Experience (in construction or civils or earthworks or piling)
• Be able to bring value into projects (Value Engineering)
• Experience compiling monthly applications including management of variation accounts/ compensations events and pricing these from first principles
• Good understanding of the Construction industry
