Analytics Admin / USA

Description: The purpose of this position is to support the Analytics Operations and Service Delivery team with account management, invoicing, tracking, and administrative duties. The position will also support integration software, platforms, admins and user ids including system outages and managing change control.

Responsibilities: The Analytics Analyst will have the following main responsibilities:

• Approves invoices
• Monitors Budget by entering timesheets and invoices into budget spreadsheet
• Creates and monitors Purchase Requisitions
• Account Management: EAI dev and test account password changes
• Travel Arrangements
• Organizes lunch meetings
• Monitors supplies and orders as needed
• Onboards new contractors
• Monitors and tracks approvals for Change Requests

 

The Analytics Analyst will also have the opportunity to support the following applications:
