Site Manager (m/f/d) Civil / Germany

job description:

• Provide leadership, control as well as staff planning
• Award and supervision of planning services
• Supervision and preparation of technical specification
• Technical interface to other departments and contractors
• Supervise Commissioning
• Tender management

Qualification needed:

• Degree in Civil Engineering

• Several years of experience in planning, tendering, awarding contracts and site supervision for Industrial plants in plant construction in consideration of building regulations and building planning law

• Extensive knowledge in the static design of load-bearing structures

• Experience in dealing with the AwSV and a basic understanding of related fields, especially piping, equipment and electrical engineering

• Leadership qualities, sense of responsibility, communication and presentation skills

• Good German and English language skills

• Knowledge of 3D plant design and experience in the field of TGA desirable
