Civil Estimator - Water Corporation Projects / Australia

We now has an opportunity with a leading civil contractor based in newly refurbished office close to the CBD. With an ever expanding order book we are now recruiting a civil estimator to join their team

Your role will see you working closely with the Estimating & Operations Manager to prepare tenders and submissions for projects valued from $1 million to in excess of $20 Million.  You’ll be required to breakdown tender documents and estimate them from a first principle basis. This role will also require a strong commitment to building up relationships with external supplies and subcontractors to ensure you can deliver the best possible tender sub-mission.

To be successful in this position you'll require previous experience in a similar position estimating ideally estimating on civil projects such as underground services, pipelines, detailed earthworks etc. Ideally you’ll have a strong network of sub-contractors and suppliers to complement our clients already extensive supply chain.
