SUBJECT

- Take charge of the responsibility of all the HSE actions of the site

- Ensure in particular the management of the coordination between the different speakers on the site and the organization of coactivity from the point of view HSE

ACTIVITIES

* The main themes are:

* Implementation of HSE and PGCSPS plans

* Proposal of methods to guarantee the effective and correct application of the HSE plan

* Advice on the appropriate actions to take to maintain the highest degree of security

* Collaboration with the SPS Coordinator and the Siemens HSE Manager

* Regular inspection of all work sites on site to ensure that the systems are safe and used in accordance with current legislation and to ensure that protective measures are in place, the environment are properly implemented in accordance with current legislation and permits. These inspections are the subject of reports

* Review of the risk analyses established within the framework of the project

* Analysis of accidents, near-accidents, incidents, including environmental ones and implementation of recommendations to avoid their repetition

* Implementation weekly and monthly reporting position on accident, near-accident and incident statistics

* Coordination of safety meetings with the various stakeholders of the site

* Awareness of staff on HSE rules, preventive measures and the HSE plan

* Verification of the good integration of safety rules and preventive measures into the purchase files and the evaluation of the quotes received.

* Control of the purchase file: integration of the HSE plan and site regulations

* Similar experiences, as HSE Manager on large industrial construction sites

* Knowledge and experience in the framework of Decree 92 (Decree of 20 February 1992) and Decree 94 (Decree of 26 December 1994)

* Working languages: French and English
