Business Unit Leader (Workplace Consultancy) / Singapore

We are recruiting for a world's leading architectural design firm to recruit a leader of it's Workplace Consultancy Business Unit. The Position Holder will manage Regional projects of workplace consultancy across Singapore, Australia, Thailand, India, and Japan.


This is an end to end role whereby the Position Holder will be responsible to do planning, budgeting, and up to project execution.


Scope of work

• Project Management: planning, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and delivery
• Managing design and technical documentation including preparation and maintaining mock-up
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control
• Client Management
• Involve in bidding and proposal process

Requirements

Over 8 years of experience in workplace consultancy
Ideally comes from Architectural education background
Understanding of architectural design principles/practices, technical regulations, building code, standards and building structures
Willing to be hands-on, this organization is a lean organization hence the right talent would be able to do multi-tasking roles
Experience in leading a team
Strong communication and presentation skills
Familiar with regulations, building code, standards and building structures
Ability to work with Revit and Adobe Suite all a plus
