Are you a time served Mechanical Maintenance Fitter who isn’t afraid of hard work? Would you be happy to work 50 hours a week for what can only be described as an outstanding salary for a Maintenance Fitter along with a brand new company van?

A leading player in their field is seeking an experienced Fitter with strong Mechanical, Welding and Fabrication experience to join their site.

 Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is repaired efficiently
• Pre-Planned maintenance is carried out effectively and downtime reduced
• Fault finding and respond to any unplanned plant shutdowns
• Welding, Fabrication, Cutting and Grinding
• Working on Conveyors, Gearboxes, Motors etc.

Essential

• Time Served Mechanical Fitter
• Experience in Welding and Fabrication
• Experience of working with Conveyors, Hydraulics, Gearboxes, Motors etc.
• Strong approach towards H&S
• Heavy industry
