Ensure optimum availability of installations, systems, and buildings. This by performing and improving preventive maintenance, performing corrective maintenance and malfunctions according to the GMP guidelines.
Training and supervision of production staff with regard to the use of installations, systems, and buildings. Initiating and implementing improvements so that the use of the installations is made more effective / easier and the number of disruptions is reduced.
Work/responsibilities:
Technical management duties include:
Technician
* Performing and documenting preventive maintenance/inspections according to plan;
* Perform approved repairs or minor modifications;
* Guiding/training users and colleagues in the use of the installations;
* Guiding and instructing external companies in maintenance, disruptions and smaller projects;
* Reporting work performed in Ultimo;
* Document work performed (update drawings, update technical documentation);
* Initiate and make improvements to installations;
* Participate in project groups on the design, procurement, and implementation of new technical installations.
In addition to the above tasks, the Technician can also perform the following tasks:
* Performing breakdown analyzes to optimize preventive maintenance;
* Training and coaching colleagues to increase the technical knowledge level;
* Representing the E&M department within project groups;
* Guiding and instructing external companies in the event of larger / multidisciplinary disruptions;
* Implement the more complex and multidisciplinary modifications;
* Coordinate activities and direct / supervise colleagues during standstills;
* Preparing, coordinating and planning work with the users of the installations that last less than 4 hours;
Rectifying and documenting malfunctions, repairs, and modifications in such a way that TEVA PCH-wide installations, systems, and buildings work properly, processes can be safely resumed and stagnation is kept to a minimum. These include:
Technician
* Analyze and solve together with the Maintenance Engineer malfunctions of the entire plant with regard to the field;
* Assessing the nature of the disruptions and determining whether immediate repair is necessary or possible;
* Performing "emergency repairs" in consultation with the user.
Sr. Technician
* Analyze and solve together with the Maintenance Engineer for more complex and multidisciplinary failures;
* Coaching/training colleagues in more complex and multidisciplinary disruptions;
* Managing / guiding colleagues in more complex and multidisciplinary disruptions.
Job requirements
Educational attainment
MBO level (electronics / mechanical engineering / construction)
Knowledge
Professional knowledge and general GMP knowledge and experience with regard to performing and documenting work on complex production installations and systems in a pharmaceutical environment.
Reasonable command of technical English and German
Knowledge of automated production techniques
Skills
Consult and coordinate work and solutions with internal customers, QA and external companies;
Supervising and training employees within the E&M and production departments.
