Claims Specialist / France

An oil and gas major client currently require a Claims Specialist to be based in Paris for a 6 month initial contract, likely to be extended.

The Claims Specialist will provide technical assistance around claims management for projects under the supervision of the Claims Manager; Participate in developing a claims management procedure; Support Contracts and Projects teams in their work regarding Contracts Management to prevent and avoid future claims and disputes; Manage existing claims and disputes; Liaise with centralised procurement team to identify any involvement to date; and other ad hoc duties.

It is essential that you have previous experience in Claims Management (5-10 years). You will have previous experience within oil and gas, and construction projects; Experience in dispute management (alternative dispute resolution / arbitration, etc); Experience in EPC contracts; must be fluent in FRENCH and ENGLISH.
