An established nationwide consultancy, is currently seeking a talented Senior Associate Landscape Architect to join their team based out of their Geelong CBD office due to rapid growth experienced by the company. This represents a great opening to join a company renowned for its culture and retention of staff.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of landscape architecture projects to a high standard in adherence to all relevant QSE conventions and procedures. Additionally, you will be liaising and building relationships with key clients and stakeholders, developing new business initiatives as well as mentoring staff and invoicing on a monthly basis.
To be successful, you will possess an excellent understanding of AutoCAD and Adobe CS coupled with equally good design skills and creativity and a minimum of 8 years’ of relevant experience that is backed by a degree in Landscape Architecture. Additionally, required is an extensive knowledge of contract administration requirements, experience in site supervision specifically in relation to construction projects and an understanding of local flora and fauna. AILA registration is essential.
