Role: Senior Manager of Brand and Trade Marketing

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Brand and Trade Marketing within the retail industry. The role itself involves the development and implementation of key marketing strategies for world renowned fashion brand.
*The main objectives are to build brand strength, drive traffic and influence sell-out at all POS.
*This position will oversee and implement all brand activations through partnerships or consumer focused events (eg sport events).
*The Senior Manager will also develop strategies which build the brand and sell-out of key products at all Retail (full price, outlet and ecommerce) and Wholesale channels.
*Directs the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies as provided by VP of Marketing, includes overseeing event execution, creative production, tracking and analysis, and budget
*Coordinates and ensures delivery of unified marketing materials across all touch-points and acts as lead for all on-site event execution and management ensuring all elements are on brand
*Partners with PR, digital and sales teams to build marketing plans
*Partners with HQ teams on events and asset activation strategies specifically around sports marketing, events sponsorships
*Supports VP of marketing to develop, manage and execute marketing media plan
*Manage local relationship with licensed products partners (fragrance, watches, eyewear) to align launches and marketing activities
*Creates, develops and implements marketing programs that are innovative, creative and demonstrate ROI with focus on increasing Retail
*Owns the retail marketing budget.
*Directs and activates Retail Marketing calendar
*Drives development of creative assets and tools needed to effectively communicate the brand message and products to consumers
*Wholesale: Creates, develops and implements Marketing programs (including in-store events, digital/social media campaigns/promotions, direct mail, etc.) that influence sell-out at Wholesale working in collaboration with the Marketing teams at key Wholesale accounts
*Minimum 8 to 10 years prior events planning experience preferably in the retail/fashion industry, with a proven track record of successful events planning and marketing.
*Advanced skills in organizing large-scale corporate meetings and coordinating event logistics.
*Experience in physical retail and e-commerce sales.
*Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
*The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, being able to respond and adapt to new opportunities and market trends.
*Experience with managing advertising across multiple media including Print, Outdoor and Digital a plus.
*Must be willing to travel at least 40% of the time.
*Must have excellent presentation skills.
*Must be able to clearly communicate information effectively and persuasively.
*Ability to create and manage budgets.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
