Project CoordinatorThe Project Coordinator typically has a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction. The Project Coordinator works closely with project managers, assistant project managers and site superintendents to support the needs of projects. Support project managers and site superintendents on a broad range of assignmentsË Coordinate subcontractor / vendor prequalification and maintain up-to-date records .Ë Set up new accounts for subcontractors and vendors.Ë Maintain pre-qualified subcontractor and vendor database and actively manage associated compliance requirements (MSA, state contractors licenses, business licenses, etc.)Ë Prepare subcontractor insurance requirements and obtain project specific insurance certificates.Ë Obtain, maintain and close out payment and performance bonds for the prime contract and subcontractors.Ë Prepare and submit construction requisitions.Ë Coordinate compliance of administrative and accounting requirements in SAR and maintain up-to-date records. Complete and organize project documentation and records.Ë Prepare and submit project forms (DSA forms, applications, business licenses, etc.).Ë Prepare and submit rebate incentive applications and claim forms.Ë Prepare, organize and ship manuals.Ë Attend meetings and provide detailed minutes.Ë Obtain and maintain DIR registration documents.Ë Collect subcontractor payroll records and ensure current compliance. Organize and carry out assigned responsibilities in a timely manner.Ë Provide clear and accurate communications to colleagues on status of work and expected completion.Ë Take responsibility to ensure instructions received are clearly understood and provide complete, accurate results in response to assigned task.Ë Work effectively with diverse teams to accomplish primary objectives. Support department improvements and Regional Operations Director initiatives.Ë In conjunction with the ROD or Senior PMs, develop and improve processes.
