I’ve forgotten my login details

To receive an email reminder of you account details simply click the ‘Forgot Login Details’ link located under the Login Fields section on the left of this page. This will then open up a window where you will be required to enter your registered email address and click the ‘Submit Query’ button. Alternatively simply email us at support@expatsdirect.com

How do I apply for online jobs?

Once you have been informed of a job you may then click the link provided in that email to go to that job on our website.

You will then be required to login using your username and password.

You should then be able to see that job contact details for that position.

Most recruiters prefer that you apply for a position by attaching your CV to an email application stating the job title, location and reference number if possible. Send this to the email address stated in that jobs contact details.

Recruiters tend to have a habit of not replying to members, despite us trying to educate otherwise. So you may want to follow up your application by sending an email or ringing the recruiters directly.

This is where the store jobs facility comes in useful as you can click to store each job you apply for then follow them up at a later date.

How do I stop the email job alerts?

If you are a full member..

After you have logged into the website go to the Job Alerts section by clicking the yellow ‘Job Alerts’ button located near the top of the screen. Once on the job alerts page scroll down and click the ‘Disabled’ radio button and then click the blue ‘UPDATE’ button. Once this has been done you should see the ‘EMAIL NOTIFICATION FEATURE IS DISABLED’ text.

Alternatively send an email titled ‘Unsubscribe’ to support@expatsdirect.com. Please use your registered email or provide your name and membership details if possible so that you may be located upon our system.


If you are a provisional member..

How do I change my Job alert categories?

If you are a full member..

After you have logged into the website go to the Job Alerts section by clicking the yellow ‘Job Alerts’ button located near the top of the screen. Once on the job alerts page scroll down to the job categories. From here you may select your job alert categories. You may select more than one category by holding down the ‘Ctrl’ key as you click. Once you have selected your job categories then click the blue ‘UPDATE’ button.


If you are a provisional member..

Simply send an email to support@expatsdirect.com explaining what categories you would like to change your job alerts to. Please use your registered email or provide your name and membership details if possible so that you may be located upon our system.

How do I renew my membership?

You may only renew after your account has expired. If you login before your account expires the option to renew will not be available. If you need to renew before your account has expired please contact us at support@expatsdirect.com

To renew your membership after your account has expired log in to the Website. You will then be asked for your Username and Password again, along with your membership number. This will take you to our secure server at World Pay where you may then safely complete the transaction. Afterwards your account will be instantly fully activated for another year.
