Our CNRI E&C contract team based in CNRI's St Magnus House, Aberdeen is responsible for the engineering and construction delivery for CNRI's North Sea Assets.
We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer who shall be responsible and accountable for Project Engineering Execution and Co-ordination of assigned brownfield projects on the CNRI E&C Contract from initiation through execution and close-out within schedule and budget aligned with company values.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer who shall be responsible and accountable for Project Engineering Execution and Co-ordination of assigned brownfield projects on the CNRI E&C Contract from initiation through execution and close-out within schedule and budget aligned with company values.
Experience Required: 5 - 7 Years :
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- To understand strategic aspect of the project in order to implement optimum approach
- Responsible for the delivery of cost estimates and schedule to client as part of the work approval process
- Working with other Hub Leads (Senior Project Engineers) to ensure deliveries are optimised where possible , lessons learned shared and change impacts across assets are minimised
- Agreement of, and management of delivery of the Contract KPI’s / manage project costs to ensure that delivery is within the approved budget
- Liaise with the Client Representative
- Interface with construction team on and offshore to ensure delivery is undertaken in line with the approved plan
- Identification of Risks and propose mitigating solutions and key driver for implementation
- Facilitate Project Kick-off meetings, record and distribute minutes
- Identify innovative and lean methods of working to drive continual improvement on the contract
- Carry out offshore visits as required
- Demonstrable relevant professional and project management experience within the offshore oil and gas industry
- Previous experience in a Contract, Project Delivery Manager or a Senior Project Engineering role
- Leadership of multi-discipline teams within a brownfield modifications environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of execution of brownfield modification projects through all phases of concept development and selection to final completion
- Ability to work on own initiative; self-motivated, willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively within the organisation and externally
- Proactive, flexible and decisive, ability to be innovative and challenging in line with Company Values
- An ability to build strong, effective working relationships across the delivery streams will be essential
