Urgently hiring for a well-known Oil and Gas Operating company Based in Qatar.

Position: - Applications and Development Manager

Job Details:

Minimum Qualifications:

University degree in Computer Science/I.T.

Minimum Experience:

12 - 15 years broad IT experience.
7 - 10 years’ experience in applications and developments in manufacturing and implementation of modules of applications & developments.
Experience of managing major IT installation or expansion projects.
To support the strategy and plans for the successful implementation of applications and developments in QAFAC in order to ensure that corporate and departmental objectives are met and the highest standards of technology services are made available to support the needs of the business.
To lead the design, implementation and internal client “sign off” of all applications and developments.
Preparing and reviewing compliance documents and departmental policies and procedures.
Supporting in training and development programs
Managing Internal and External interface / communication
Active involvement in
applications and developments from requirement gathering, functional design, document preparation, technical design document preparation, solution development, testing, migration to the Quality system, UAT script followed by migration to the Production interface leading to the completion of the developed solution with the closure confirmation from the internal customer.
