Bachelor’s degree in Instrument Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in Instrument and Controls, in a Major Oil and Gas Project with broad knowledge of Honeywell experion Control system engineering and field execution including design standards, specifications, codes, Cyber Security criteria, construction and operations. Previous knowledge of Smart Junction Box or similar Technologies preferred. Requires demonstrated broad Instruments & Controls equipment and Honeywell systems experience (DCS & SIS, HIPPS, PMS, IAMS, Fire & Gas, System Virtualization, BN system 1 Network) and familiarity with relevant interface requirements and relevant industry codes. Field commissioning experience desirable. Excellent written and oral English skills. Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills. Strong technical, prioritisation and management skills. Strong communication, influencing and interface skills. Proficient in Cyber Security Assessment, Network Management, System Virtualization, Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc. Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organisational levels. Leads Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) Pre commissioning and Commissioning (PC&C) activities for North Field Expansion (NFXP) Onshore Project EPC scopes consisting of Inlets, offsites, CO2, LNG Process and Utilities areas. Provide leadership, support contractors in completions and handover of ICSS scopes by fully complying with project deliverables, project and international standards and standardised processes. Providing clear guidance and facilitate resolution to issues to complete ICSS handover activities by coordinating with Field Engineering, construction, and PC&C Contractor
