Commissioning Manager (Perm) / China

Experienced Commissioning Manager wanted for a permanent position in China.

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager with particular emphasis on FPSO's to relocate to China. As the Commissioning Manager, you will be overseeing a new FPSO project. This will be an on-site position and you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of various projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve coordinating with different teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that all systems and equipment are fully functional and meet the required standards.

Requirements:

• Education: University degree in Engineering or Materials Science in Mechanical, Process, Electrical or Instrumentation disciplines.
• Experience: A minimum of 15 years experience in Commissioning in the Oil and Gas Industry-related projects, with particular emphasis on FPSO’s and should have significant experience as a Project Commissioning Manager.

Specific Competencies (knowledge or know-how) which are a key factor for the position:

• Good communication, planning, and organization skills.
• Be reactive and able to take initiatives to find creative and quality solutions to problems.
• Able to take ownership and make timely decisions even in difficult situations and changing context.
• Availability to travel per project-specific needs (25+% of time).
• Fluent in spoken and written English is a must and other languages is a plus.
