Role Synopsis
The Well Integrity Team Lead reports to the Well Services Manager. The role is responsible for managing engineering team who deliver and implements the Well Integrity Management Standard for all existing and future well stock, covering production, injection, source & disposal wells, both active & inactive. The Well integrity discipline is defined as the application of technical, operational and organisational solutions to reduce the risk of an uncontrolled release of formation fluids throughout the life cycle of a well from design and construction, through operations, repair interventions to finally suspension or abandonment.

Key Accountabilities
Key roles and responsibilities include:
o            Implement the Well Integrity Policy / Standard, Management System (WIMS) and associated procedures:
o            Pressure testing standard
o            Barriers for breaking containment standard
o            Well integrity tracking system for well inventory and anomaly tracking which includes Tree & wellhead maintenance, annulus pressure monitoring and testing and corrosion logging.
o            Review of failures, risk assessment and plan of repairs and interventions
o            Delivery of well integrity performance through KPIs
o            Lead by example with a strong commitment to HSE.
o            Manage the Well Integrity Engineering team and Well Services data team
o            Focal point for Well Integrity Tracking system and Well Services reporting system
o            Ensure application of international standards (API, ISO) and best practice as appropriate
o            Interface with all stakeholders (wells, production operations, HSSE, reservoir (PEs) to apply organisational polices and learning’s.
o            Train, coach and mentor local staff in well integrity and well intervention
o            Field visits as required. 

Criteria & Qualifications
o            Detailed knowledge & experience of well integrity engineering & operations
o            A proven ability to coach, train and mentor staff.
o            Strong team player and ability in a similar leadership role.
o            Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
o            Educated to at least first-degree level in an engineering or related discipline.
o            Knowledge of well service activities, workover and well interventions etc.
o            Experience of working with old well stock and associated challenges is an advantage
o            IWCF Well Control certified or equivalent.
o            Experience working in a remote location in a multicultural environment is preferred.
