Contract Administrator (Commercial Construction) / BRISBANE

This role is due to an increase in upcoming projects for 2024 and beyond.Potential projects for new CA to begin on range up to $45m depending on project experience.Our client are an established Builder with locations in Queensland and NSW working on construction, refurbishment, defense and fit-out projects. They have grown due to their positive culture and reputation for completing quality project.$120k - $160k + super p/a dependent on experience.Flexibility to WFH when not on site.Fully resourced projects (CA's work on 1-3 projects at a time depending on complexity).Supportive team environment with a trusting, friendly culture.

About this role:

Exposure to projects over $10m in value (preferred).Experience in engaging with contractors.Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage discipline and performance issues in the workplace.Budgetary reporting and analysis skills.Solid written communication and reporting skills.High levels of initiative, energy and passion for the role.Ability to work independently and as part of a project wider team.

What you need to bring:

Proficiency in construction software Jobpac (Required)4+ years’ experience with Contract administration within Commercial Construction Industry (Required)
