Senior Telecom Engineer (Rail) - MENA Region

Supporting a leading consultancy firm specialising in the development and management of prestigious rail projects across the MENA region, who are currently seeking a Senior Telecom Engineer to join their team and oversee telecommunications activities for a high-speed rail project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of telecommunications infrastructure.
• Contribute to the technical coordination of integrating telecommunications systems within the overall project framework.
• Engage actively in all project phases, including design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Monitor and assess the efficiency of Contractor processes and procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to project requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of Contractor submissions, Change Requests, and variations.
• Prepare and distribute reports for management, clients, and stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of overall experience.
• Experience in management and implementation of similar projects, preferably in a similar position.
• Strong expertise in installation supervision, T&C of all telecom works.

• Regional experience is preferred.
