Job Title: Document Controller

Duration: 6-month Contract
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team on a temporary basis to support our offshore wind projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a SharePoint structure for our UK offshore wind operational assets, ensuring compliance with relevant governing documents and aligning with the needs of asset managers. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to information management.
Key Responsibilities:
•            Develop a SharePoint structure for UK offshore wind operational assets, scalable to new projects and aligned with the needs of asset managers.
•            Ensure correct access to, and classification of, information within the SharePoint structure.
•            Ensure the information management system complies with relevant governing documents and manages project information, records, and data securely and traceably.
•            Review existing document structures and transfer relevant documents to the new SharePoint structure.
•            Prepare guidelines for document and access control, along with a user manual for the SharePoint site.
Requirements:
•            Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project services, document control, or information management role.
•            Experience in setting up SharePoint sites.
•            A structured approach with an eye for detail.
•            Desirable: Experience within the offshore wind industry.

Note: This is a temporary position based in London. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK for the duration of the contract.
