OUr client, a world leader in susbea engineering is seeking a highly experienced Principal Installation Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the "Installation and Project Engineering" discipline, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering complex subsea projects.

What you'll do:

• Lead installation work packages from tender to execution.
• Develop expertise in subsea structures, mooring systems, risers, flowlines, and umbilicals.
• Interface with clients, suppliers, offshore crews, and the design team.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and technical/commercial changes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
• Ensure high-quality engineering documents and studies.
• Support vessel mobilization and offshore installation phases.
• Champion technical innovation to optimize project costs.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and environment (HSEQ).

You are a perfect fit if you have:

• Master's degree in Engineering with at least 10 years' experience in offshore/subsea installations.
• Proven expertise in two or more areas: subsea structures, hook-up/pull-in, risers, flowlines, umbilicals, or mooring systems.
• Experience working in deep and ultradeep water construction.
• Solid track record in tender & project execution, including contractual management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across cultures.
• Fluency in English.
