Looking for a Integrated Planning Engineer to join a major operator based in UAE initially, before becoming a 28/28 rotational position.
The Integrated Planning Engineer wil be responsible for:

In accordance with the context, the organization in place and the respective roles of the Technical Director and Project Control Manager, the accountabilities of this role are to:
The Integrated Planning Engineer wil be responsible for:
- Consolidating the planning information for all activities.
- To review, analyse, process and present to Ratawi Management Team all information and documentation related to Projects plannings.
- Maintain a strong relationship with project planners to promote planning good practices ensuring efficient and effective planning Management of the Project.
- Supporting project planners in their roles, responsibilities and objectives, giving advice and proposing improvements whenever required.
- To be Primavera P6 database focal point within the affiliate
- Develop and update when needed the related procedures
- dentifying and monitoring all interfaces between projects. Any devitation shall be raised and communicated.
- Leading the monthly planning meeting. This includes slides preparation, actions follow-up, integrated planning issuance.
- Identifying critical paths, potential areas of concern and/or interference, bottlenecks or constraints that adversely affect meeting of projects objectives.
- Identifying solutions to improve and optimize the overall projects planning.
Accountabilities
In accordance with the context, the organization in place and the respective roles of the Technical Director and Project Control Manager, the accountabilities of this role are to:
- Protect the Group’s interest with regards to its activity as an Operator
- Ensure the affiliate’s compliance with its contractual obligations towards the Host Country,
- Lead the issuance of a comprehensive Strategic and Integrated Operational Planning for the company
- Align all the internal and external stakeholders on the affiliate Strategic and Integrated Operational Planning
- Support when needed the affiliate focal point (Corporate Planning Development Manager) for the Long Term Plan yearly exercise
- Share information and experiences on JV matters with other affiliates and head-office,
- May act as representative (or alternate) in technical meetings.
- MsC or BsC in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Upstream oil & gas sector
- Experience in Onshore and/or Middle East projectsexecution is considered a plus
- Certified in Primavera software. Background in Planning, Scheduling and Project management knowledge is a plus
- Communication and presentation skills, ability to lead/conduct meetings
- Ability in developing good relationships within the different departments of company and Projects teams
- Soft skills: abilty to influence, listen, convince, coordinate and facilitate; proactive behavior
- Ability of transverse management; capability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Languages: fluent in English, Arabic is a major plus.
