Quantity Surveyor

Role and Responsibilities

Role will be working within the Construction Management team and will be to work in conjunction with Engineering, Procurement and other project teams.
Estimating, planning, and managing the costs of materials, time, and labour.
Negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
Coordinating and collaborating with site managers, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Examining and reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Preparing and forwarding reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents
Position requires someone with exp in Civil and Structural working including Piling activity.
Role will work to ensure the project stays within budget, on time and to required specifications of delivery.

Qualifications Required

Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
English language is mandatory, Dutch is advantageous.
Exp in similar natured Construction works is very much preferred.
Candidates must be prepared to work in Sluiskil on site full time, with Work from home not available given stage of project activity.
