HSE Coordinator

Missions :

• Performs Daily morning safety meetings (toolbox talks) with subcontractors on site;

• Sets up and conducts site safety inductions for all new worker on site;

• Assists site management with all HSE scope;

• Generates and archives safety documents following regulations of projects;

• Performs daily observations and safety walks;

• Conducts field audits on sub-contractors during their activities (erection and lifting crews for example).

Qualifications and requirement:

• Japanese and South Korean speaking;

• Minimum 1 year of Wind Sector experience;

• In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and regulations;

• GWO training;

• Valid driver's license;

• Proven expertise in jobsite hazard assessment / analysis / solution, risk assessments, incident investigation and root cause analysis.
