We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Process Technical Authority (TA) to join our dynamic client team in Algeria.

This rotational position offers the chance to leverage your expertise in a vibrant international environment while making a significant impact on our operations.

As the Process TA, you will be a key member of the Technical Support Team, responsible for:

• Ensuring the technical integrity and performance of our gas process facilities.
• Providing expert guidance and leadership on process engineering issues.
• Approving and overseeing critical activities like engineering documents, Management of Change proposals, and equipment installations.
• Coaching and mentoring Algerian engineers, fostering their professional development.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in process design and/or operation of oil & gas facilities.
• Strong understanding of process engineering principles and relevant industry standards.
• Proven experience with process safety, hazard analysis, and HYSYS software.
• In-depth knowledge of gas processing, well systems, and pipeline operations.
• The ability to lead, guide, and coach others, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in French are a plus.
