Senior Upstream Project Manager- Spring, TX
Position
Previous significant project leadership experience – Cat II or larger.
Projected annual capital spend of $2-3 billion / yr
Responsibilities
• Set goals, develop plans and provide oversite for effective execution of integrated activities across functions (i.e., Development Planning, Wells, Projects, Operations, Net Zero, etc.) to deliver maximum value and meet prioritized business objectives. Functions remain accountable for delivering on their specific performance goals consistent with the integrated execution plan (i.e., Wells organization accountable for delivering industry leading drilling execution efficiency [lateral-ft / day])
• Manage interfaces across integrated execution teams to ensure a smooth transition from Development Planning to Development Execution to Operations
• Steward change management and issues management processes to ensure corrective actions are initiated, resourced, and completed as expected
• In the event of a change above the Integration Manager’s approval authority, recommend a forward plan based on an independent economic assessment of the potential execution scenarios
• Accurately measure, analyze and report the status and forecast of the costs and schedule for the total integrated execution activities to stakeholders
o Ensures that project status is measured and accurately reported
• Ensure regulatory permit required for executing the integrated activities are approved in advance of when they are needed
