CMMS Applications Specialist / Australia

As they undergo an exciting period of transformation and expansion within their our operations space, they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Applications Specialist to join the dynamic team already established team.

Position Overview: As an Applications Specialist - CMMS, you will play a vital role as a SAP "technical super user," providing support across multiple departments to ensure the achievement of a world-class Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in terms of data, process, and usage. You will assist with enabling continuous improvement of maintenance business processes, leveraging SAP-PM data for analysis, and driving data quality. As a committed member of our team, you will uphold a personal commitment to Target Zero in health, safety, and the environment, complying with the companies HSE systems and processes.

Ideally you possess qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in ICT or Engineering, hands-on SAP-PM experience, and a proven track record in resources industry roles. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Enable continuous improvement of the maintenance business processes andoutcomes by leveraging SAP-PM data for analysis and driving SAP-PM dataquality.
• Enable continuous improvement of the maintenance business processes andoutcomes by eliminating waste in CMMS enabled work processes (e.g. workmanagement, integrity assurance) resulting world class efficiency and maintenance productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Applications Specialist or in a similar role within the energy sector.
• In-depth knowledge of energy management applications, databases, and system integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
