ITC Infrastructure Service Manager / Iraq

The ITC Infrastructure Service Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of the Digital Oil Field Network, an essential infrastructure that supports more than 500 wells, along with extensive Electronic Security Systems.


In your first few weeks in this ITC Infrastructure Service Manager role, you can expect to:

• Lead, build, and manage a diverse team of local, expatriate, and third-party IT&C professionals
• Set clear weekly priorities for the team to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency
• Effectively manage the IT &C Infrastructure to provide robust, resilient, cost-effective, and secure services to the business in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Undertake incident and Crisis Management - Support service recovery from incidents and crises, including full problem management and Root Cause Analysis to mitigate and prevent repeat incidents

• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or equivalent

• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management capabilities
