Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Principal Subsea Engineer with expertise in pipelines and risers for a pre-FEED stage subsea tie-back project. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assessing riser retrofit options and ensuring the overall success of the project.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in subsea engineering, with a focus on pipelines and risers.
Strong background in conducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations.
Proficiency in industry software such as AutoPIPE, OrcaFlex, and Abaqus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in a pre-FEED stage subsea tie-back project is highly desirable.
