Technical Skills/Abilities
The position will be hybrid, mainly in Calgary but could be up to 3 to 6 days a month in the field if required. Shift schedule is dependent on work/project location - 10 hours per day Shift Schedule outlined by Supervisor as required. When at site driving a Compnay vehicle may be required. Travel to site/from site when it is required - Company Bus/Flight - dependent on site location.
Manage documents for Completions/Well Servicing Team
- Documentation management in SharePoint
- Maintain files including Safe work permits, personnel management of change documents.
- Maintain & provide up to date site access requirements, contact lists etc.
Perform Administrative Activities & Support the Completions/Well Servicing Team
- General office administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, ordering equipment & supplies etc.
- Plan & assist all lookbacks, Spring Meetings & Winter Program planning meetings when required
- Provide administrative support with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Manage all ordering for Completions/Well Servicing within the field – office supplies, PPE, Maps, Radios, Grocery orders etc.
- Process invoices as necessary
- Provide expense reporting support
- Facilitate building & site access requirements
- Submission of Self-Serve tickets – distribution list updates, application access, IT incidents etc.
- Manage location handover documents for the integrated winter program
- Assist coordinators & well site leaders with various tasks as needed
Field Accommodations
- Process/oversee all Completions/Well Servicing camp reservation forms
- Approve 3rd party camp charge sheets
- Verify daily camp reports – no shows, on hold rooms etc.
- Manage Completions camp forecasts
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinating new hires, employee changes, office moves, etc.
- Onboarding new hires & offboarding terminations
- Create & maintain Onboarding documents in SharePoint
Certifications – Academic
- Relevant diploma or certificate in related field considered an asset
Experience – Role-specific
- Minimum 3 years administrative related experience (Required)
Experience – Industry-specific
- Oil & Gas experience an asset
Technical Skills/Abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Required
- Working knowledge of SAP would be an asset
- Confident, detail orientated, and enthusiastic team player with superior, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills – Required
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal – Required
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment – Required
- Displaying tact and good judgment in resolving problems and answering inquiries – Required
- A high degree of initiative and self-motivation - Required
