Role Overview:
 
As a Maintenance Valve Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of gas facilities in Algeria. Your responsibilities will encompass the inspection, repair, and maintenance of various valves and Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs) across the facilities. Acting as the focal point for all valve-related matters, you will be the custodian of PRV calibration and work collaboratively with the valve team and contractors to execute maintenance programs effectively.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Overseeing field inspections, repairs, and valve calibration.
• Ensuring compliance with approved maintenance practices.
• Promptly diagnosing and addressing anomalies.
• Ordering replacement components and documenting maintenance.
• Managing vendor relationships for special parts or services.
• Upholding strict HSE compliance.
• Leading investigations into incidents and reliability events.
• Participating in risk assessments and safety reviews

Experience:

• 7 years experience in valves maintenance in the oil and gas industry.
• Understanding of supply chain methods.
• Valve fabrication and installation experience is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills.
