Maintenance Specialist III
Description:
The Maintenance Specialist is accountable for preparing and delivering execution readiness of preventative maintenance and equipment repair activities for an offshore oil and gas production facility. The Maintenance Specialist drives prioritization and delivery of the facility’s maintenance backlog to minimize equipment downtime and ensure safe and reliable operations. The Maintenance Specialist position is office-based and works within a multi-discipline team of planners, schedulers, and operations specialists. The Maintenance Specialist interacts with offshore crew, onshore engineering and production squad and third-party contractors to deliver safe and reliable operations.
Qualifications: Maintenance specialist experience in upstream oil and gas, drilling, downstream petrochemicals or refining, nuclear facilities or mining operations, experience with Spar designed platforms idea. Experience as a lead level maintenance craftsperson, maintenance planning and/or rotating equipment desired. Basic PC skills (MS applications). Computerized maintenance management system experience, SAP/Fiori/Power Bi Key Skills:

• Strong background and knowledge in operations and maintenance
• Direct experience delivering or executing work within maintenance and operations Experience communicating and interfacing with all levels of the company and outside contacts.
• Able to manage multidisciplinary work and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
