The Role:
- Manage multiple site and clients
- Working across government and private contracts
- Primary point of contact with the client and stakeholders
- Attend all contract meetings with client and other stakeholders
- Prepare and submit reports to Construction Manager
- Assist in the procurement of subcontractors & suppliers
- Prepare financial and monthly progress reports to clients
- Prepare and maintain construction programs for each project
- Deal with day-to-day issues both with clients, sub-contractors & site as they arise
- Work with Contract Administrator to ensure all invoicing and variations are correct prior to submitting for payment
- Manage DLP with project team and ensure there are no outstanding items
- Organise timely completion and hand over of site back to client
- Oversee all projects under your control so they are running to program and budget
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ Years Project Management experience
- Proven track record of delivering multiple projects $500k+ (essential)
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Up to $125k + Super + Package (Car Allowance, Phone, Laptop)
- Steady flow of secured work with a busy first 2 quarters in 2023 for you to hit the ground running
