Contract: Materials Coordinator / Alberta

The client is seeking a Materials Coordinator IV for a yearlong contract in Fort McMurray, AB. The shift schedule is 14 days on 14 days off for 12-hour days.

The Wells Materials Management Specialist role is integral role in managing and optimizing Supply Chain (SC) of any material related to Well Engineering & Operations (WEO) after the material has been purchased through to its final disposition (full life cycle).

Responsibilities:

 

• SAP transactions included but not limited to requisitioning, goods receipts, invoice review and material transfers (goods issues)
• Material release and coordination of shipments
•  Return and Repair Process facilitation and inventory control
• Expediting materials & Wells materials management including inventory management
• Physical yard reconciliation
• Material returns, inspection, and report coordination
• Material transfer and charge outs including SAP to Wellview reconciliation
• Yard management, reconciliation, and material modification coordination
• Goods issues, invoice issue resolution and reporting of wells materials
   

Qualifications:

• University graduate and/or Supply Chain Professional designation (SCMP)
• Minimum 7 years directly related experience
• Enhanced software application skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, Wellview, and Spotfire)
• Keen attention to detail & adherence to quality work
• Participation in IACCM (International Association Contract and Commercial Management) and/or SCMA (Supply Chain Management Association of Alberta) is an asset
• Knowledge of Wells materials (Wellheads, OCTG, ESP’s, FCD’s)
• Knowledge of SAP Material Management functions
