Marketing Manager | Building Industry / Australia

About the Role
This role is a rare opportunity to join one of the leading steel frame manufacturing companies in Sydney. The projects the business focuses on are predominantly large scale subdivision housing, house/land package homes for project builders and custom design homes.

This newly created Marketing Manager role will be integral to the wider management team of the business, seeing you engaging with stakeholders of all levels and being the champion of the brand both internally and externally. 

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, this brand requires a fresh voice to come in as the Marketing Manager and work across;

• Establish, optimise and oversee the company’s marketing strategies, ensuring the brand and customer experience is at a standard that raises the benchmark within the industry.
• Graphic design & creation for both digital and print content, and wider content creation for all channels 
• Develop & monitor all digital marketing, email campaigns (EDMs) website and social media platforms
• E-commerce platform monitoring 
• Social media management including community engagement 
• Award submission applications for both the MBA & HIA
• Organising new display home launches, events & trade shows
• Ad-hoc marketing support as required such as preparing presentations, reports, email templates, etc. 

About You
For fulfilment of this role you will possess;

• Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Marketing Manager
• Experience in the construction or property industry essential
• Tertiary qualifications preferred
• Experience with digital marketing and content creation
• You will be creative and have out-side-the-box thinking
• Demonstrated experience in developing and driving marketing strategy with a strong track record in delivering innovative marketing initiatives demonstrating commercial acumen
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite, MS Office, Shopify, Klaviyo ideally 
• Strong social media marketing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong team player with an excellent phone and personal manner

Remuneration & Benefits

The successful candidate will benefit from a remuneration package upwards of $100k to $120k +superannuation.
