Job Highlights
- To lead end to end recruitment process
- Develop and review recruitment procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Handle a full spectrum and end-to-end cycle of talent acquisition for Hong Kong & China
- Liaise with hiring manager for identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions, selection criteria, working stores etc.
- Explore and develop innovative/new sourcing channels to enhance brand awareness and attract diverse pools of candidates
- Contribute to the development of a Hiring Plan to fulfil budgeted manpower requirements
- Drive a proactive fulfilment of manpower business requirements through developing extensive network in the market.
- Develop relationship with external talent to ensure a proactive approach towards business talent acquisition pipeline.
- Conduct market search & keep abreast on recruitment and provide market intelligence
- Keep accurate hiring records to improve recruitment KPI and analysis
- Support in developing and reviewing recruitment procedures to ensure HR compliance and effectiveness in line with corporate objectives and goals
- Other HR administration support, reporting and document retention
- Participate in HR / talent acquisition projects as required
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines with minimum of 8 years related work experience, preferably with proven experience on mass frontline recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good command of Chinese and English
- Self-driven, energetic, well-organized, problem-solving, analytical skills and able to play as a good team-player
- Immediate available is highly preferred
