We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a green energy leader in offshore and onshore wind energy and solar energy solutions company looking for a Land Specialist to join their team.
You will be part of their onshore development team handling the acquisition of land rights, land management, landowner engagement and stakeholder management for a delivery pipeline of over 2GW+.
For this role the main responsibilities include:

Experience: 1+2 years’ experience within land acquisition for renewables

You will be part of their onshore development team handling the acquisition of land rights, land management, landowner engagement and stakeholder management for a delivery pipeline of over 2GW+.
For this role the main responsibilities include:
- successfully negotiate and complete land contracts, incl. securing both main and ancillary land rights for various renewable developments
- prepare and provide advice, due diligence, and risk reports on land and property matters for organic development opportunities and acquisitions
- create market reports and establish development trends, raising internal awareness of land and property within the renewables industry
- develop and evolve processes and practices to create and maximise delivery value
- develop and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relations
- can demonstrate experience working within a team or autonomously
- can manage and prioritise a varied workload in a dynamic working environment
- have experience with internal stakeholders, external consultants, agents, and liaising within community to secure land rights
- understand the renewables market, competitors, market rents, and types of renewables 'land' contracts
- have experience with, ideally within a renewable environment of land acquisition, delivery and management.
