The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of drivers and/or field personnel and equipment orders in order to meet customer needs for well servicing; documenting work schedules; and coordinating the communication of information to ensure proper processing.
This position will work under the direction of the Facility Manager, with a dotted reporting line to an Operations Manager.
Coordinate, schedule and communicate information to crew and field personnel, organizing and tracking relevant information according to customer demands
Maintain proper records of all jobs in a work log according to established guidelines
Answer incoming phone calls and/or inquiries, maintaining and providing positive and effective service to both internal and external customers
Maintain time cards distributed and tallied, distribute truck books, collect pre-trip/ post trip reports, and refer any irregularities to proper management for handling
Perform other related duties as assigned
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, in English Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once Basic problem solving and organizational skills Ability to interact with others in a team environment Excellent customer service skills Basic computer skills, with the ability to function in a Microsoft® Windows®-based environment
1 Year of experience preferred
7 days off/on, 12 Hour days - must be flexible to work days and nights
