Contract: Project Coordinator / Brisbane

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to work with a Global Green Energy Company in Brisbane who have a consistently growing pipeline of projects within the Renewables industry developing technology solutions for hard-to-decarbonise industries.

This position will be responsible to provide the day-to-day coordination of a large and evolving portfolio of green fleet (Hydrogen / Ammonia) development projects to produce deliverables in line with Client’s and Project’s standards in a fast moving business.

The tasks you'll perform:

• Monitoring project schedules, budgets and overall expenditures.
• Ensuring all project timelines and deadlines are met by creating project calendars aimed to achieve overall goals and objectives.
• Designing strategies for the project development and determining project changes.
• Determining project risks and assessments when applicable.
• Providing administrative support as needed and undertaking project tasks as required.

The expertise you'll bring:

• Engineering Diploma or Cert IV preferred but is not essential
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience coordinating projects preferably in the Power & Renewables or Oil & Gas sectors
• Clear understanding of project timeframes and phases
• Ability to work across multi-functions and engineering disciplines with a flexible mindset
• Challenge traditional thinking, and be prepared to work outside of their comfort zone

You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in collaboration with other like-minded team members and adjacent project teams and you must be able to challenge traditional thinking and be prepared to work outside of your comfort zone in a fast moving business!
