Civil Supervisor – Civil Construction

This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Civil Supervisor to secure their next permanent role. The client is a well-established civil construction company located in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for the past 50 years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on a full-time basis on new and ongoing projects.

The responsibilities for this position include:

• Managing the full scope of the project and coordinating outputs of site team
• Ensure delivery of project is meeting budget requirements and agreed timeframes
• Liaise between with Engineers and Project Managers to manage concerns and maintain positive relationships

Experience/Skills required:

• Civil Construction qualification or equivalent with 3+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Delivery of infrastructure projects up to and greater than $10m
• Proficient time management skills and attention to detail
