Chef De Projet/ Project Manager - Interconnection Project - West AfricaFor major T&D interconnection project in West Africa, my client is seeking Chef De Projet to be based fulltime on site for a minimum of 12 months. The project and working contract is French working and therefore French fluency is 100% required to be considered for this project. Mission:You will be responsible for the planning and day-to-day management of a multidisciplinary team of engineers and will act as the representative of the Consulting Engineer or PMU under the conditions stipulated in the contracts. It will act in the interest of the PMU - within the defined limits - in all contractual matters (including payments). It will deal with project-related issues such as contractor claims, disputes, delays in scheduling etc… and will work to maintain a good working relationship between the parties involved in the project. Provide leadership to the engineering and supervisory team by providing managerial guidance and technical support. In detail, the tasks assigned will be as follows:Task 1: Review of Tender DocumentsTask 2: Assistance to PMU for ProcurementTask 3: Control, supervision and assistance during the warranty period Candidate Qualifications: Basic training: Bachelor's degree: electrical engineerMinimum number of years of experience: fifteen (15) years of experience, including ten (10) years as Team Leader in charge of the supervision and control of at least two (02) electric power line projects with a length of at least 200 km, voltage greater than or equal to 225 kV and including at least 3 transformer stations and SCADA Key Competencies:Industry knowledge and coordinationRigorAutonomy and initiativeTeamwork, convergence of disciplinesCuriosity and adaptabilityAnalytical mind Language: French fluencyLocation: West Africa (Burkina Faso)Salary: 11-12 k€/month + housing + car + driverStart Date: ASAPThis is a fantastic project for major project in French Speaking west Africa,
