Estimator - Residential / Australia

The client is a highly-regarded volume and custom home builder, seeking a motivated estimator for an immediate start to join their team. 

About you: 
Driven and motivated 
Professional and well presented 
Experience in estimating residential builds, either production or sales 
Great communication skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders 
Experience with Databuild, Bluebeam and Onsite Companion (preferred not essential) 

About the role: 
Prioritize all urgent works for jobs and report all necessary updates
Complete all production and sales estimates on home builds 
Adhere to timeframes of build processes and carry out estimates in accordance 
Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers, trades and clients 
Ability to complete take-off of quantities accurately 
Prepare accurate and clear pricing proposals 
Issue all required purchase orders for builds
