Spares Administrator
Location – Aberdeen (Altens Industrial Estate)
We are recruiting for a Spares Administrator within a busy department supporting the Spare Parts business for UK and Caspian. The role is part of a team, however you will be required to work on your own initiative to manage the workload to meet the needs of the department and the customers
Main Accountabilities

We are recruiting for a Spares Administrator within a busy department supporting the Spare Parts business for UK and Caspian. The role is part of a team, however you will be required to work on your own initiative to manage the workload to meet the needs of the department and the customers
Main Accountabilities
- Completion of delivery documents and arranging shipment in conjunction with stores or client factories.
- Invoicing delivered orders in a timely manner and managing through customer portals
- Clearing any Basware requests for unmatched invoices
- Clearing Customer Invoices in dispute
- Managing repairs for service and spares business and RMA process to factory.
- Running and reviewing backlog report on a monthly basis to ensure all invoicing complete
- Engage in use of CCRP system to support customer complaints & manage to completion
- Support business in ensuring customer orders are entered accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with procedures, quotations & FCM.
- Processing of purchase orders on vendors ensuring delivery dates & customer requirements are adhered to and in line with COTD requirements.
- ERP master data management in accordance with global reporting & imports/export requirements.
- Strong team working skills
- Demonstrate excellent customer focus with both internal & external customers
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- PC literate with Microsoft Office skills Word, Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy a must
- SAP experience advantageous
