Fantastic opportunity to join one of the world’s leading Oil, Gas and Energy companies that have been operating in New Zealand for around 120 years. They are currently seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join their Auckland team.
The core responsibility of this person will be to assist with the financial management of both capex & opex spend along with month and year end reporting. Being the basis of the role, it is crucial that you have confidence and experience with such financial tracking and reporting and can really hit the ground running.
Outside of this is where you will be able to spread your wings and really shine assisting other business lines, both locally, nationally, and internationally. You will be able to be involved in Project Management, Program Management and Event Planning among other responsibilities.
This role is able to be a hybid role where they are happy with both working from home and office based.

- Proven track record and experience managing spend against budget and financial reporting
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- Capable of developing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in MS office most notably excel
- Detail oriented
- Willingness to work across multiple business lines and provide support where required
