Piping Lead Engineer / Houston

On behalf of a major PMC, we is searching for a Piping Lead Engineer to work on a contract basis in Houston, USA.

Job Purpose
- Ensuring HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
- Safe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget, ensuring that a quality product is produced that represents ‘best value’ for the Owner and their Stakeholders.
- Coordinate and supervise theMechanical (Piping)Engineering aspects of the Project toensure the technicalobjectives are met within the approved scope, budget, and schedule.
- Supervise, oversee and coordinate regular and timely technical reviews ofMechanical (Piping)related
- Engineering deliverables developed bythe EPC Contractorand technology Licensors, ensuring design optimization in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practicesand in close conjunction with
Owner’s functional departments.

Successful candidates require:
- Previous Petrochemical / Refinery project experience
- Previous experience working at FEED stage
- Previous experience working on large scale projects
- Previous experience working as Process Manager
- Mechanical Engineering Degree (Desirable)
- Fully able to live and to work in the US without sponsorship
