Motor Shop Administrator
The Motor Shop Administrator will be responsible for the day to day activities and all tasks associated with the receipt, storage, shipment of product/materials used in the warehouse of an oilfield remanufacture facility. In addition, the Motor Shop Administrator must have strong organizational and exceptional interpersonal/communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to work within a team environment. This role will work under the direction of the Motor Shop Manager.

The Motor Shop Administrator will be responsible for the day to day activities and all tasks associated with the receipt, storage, shipment of product/materials used in the warehouse of an oilfield remanufacture facility. In addition, the Motor Shop Administrator must have strong organizational and exceptional interpersonal/communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to work within a team environment. This role will work under the direction of the Motor Shop Manager.
Detailed Description
- Assemble and disassemble all motors in computer system (Excel and Oracle entry)
- Provide day-to-day administration of the Company’s motor log
- Assist other employees in composing build sheets and updating the job board
- File all builds and shipping tickets in job folder
- Create shipping tickets to rigs, other motor shops, and plants in the area
- Coordinate shipping to other motor shops
- Coordinate paperwork from different departments
- Assist in conducting availability checks
- Prepare motor teardown packets for disassembly crew
- Other duties as assigned
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with department representatives and management, both verbally and in writing
- Able to work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish company goals
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of office experience
- Oracle experience
