Currently Queensland’s Energy industry is in an exciting growth phase as such we are now seeking an experienced Stores Officer to fulfil a renewing 12-month contract position based in Chinchilla.

Responsibilities will include though are not limited to:

Day to day sorting and issuing of project materials for materials in/out including stock control, material transport and inventory management.
Ensure that all activities by site personnel are co-ordinated and in compliance with HSE safe work practises.
Dispatch orders ensuring compliance with chain of responsibility.
Optimise use of available laydown/storage area.
Mechanically minded to be able to identify project materials.
Receive parts and equipment, matching items to delivery dockets/ invoices.
Assist to maintain traceability of materials in stock.
Inventory management and reporting, including stocktakes of all material.

Experience will include:

Extensive previous experience as a Storesperson / Materials Controller / Warehouse Officer
Current High Risk Forklift ticket
HR Truck License
Experience with Hiabs equipment (desirable)
CSG site experience (desirable)
