Job Purpose & Accountabilities
The CSU PTW/SI Coach:
* Responsible for developing competency within the Logistics production team
* Will teach, coach, and develop skill related to permit to work and safe isolation principles
* Acts as an expert in Permit-to-Work and Safe Isolation with broad and technical expertise in this space
* Will be part of the PTW/SI Tactical Team to deliver training, field support and assurance reviews through Product in Tank (PIT)
* Will support Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, Laboratories and other areas where PTW/SI support is needed
* Will support implementation of Permit Vision@ Will support the PTW/SI Project Director
* Executes complex activities with broad guidelines and instructions to ensure effective implementation of PTW/SI
* May help supervise some of the other PTW/SI Coaches

Dimensions
Work with Internal stakeholders in the planning and execution for Permit-to Work and Safe Isolation initiatives. Help with the development Operators, Crafts, Front Line Leaders and contractors in the PTW/SI space. Support the development and maintenance of the PTW/SI training program for those employees who are using it to enable them to further develop and be competent to perform their assigned duties safely and effectively. Support the PTW/SI Tactical Team Project Director in all areas for implementing PTW/SI at Site

Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in using and implementing Permit-to-Work and Safe Isolation in an industrial setting. Must have a deep, technical Additional Information

Qualifications Preferred:
Experience in change management, developing teams, and building training programs
Experience in the use of Permit Vision
Experience as an Operations Team Lead, Maintenance Team Lead or similar role
Experience in coordinating and delivering PTW/SI Training.
Experience in Refinery/Chemical Production facility in an Operations, Maintenance, or comparable role.

This role will end on 12/31/2022 or whenever the roles are deemed unnecessary of the site reaches Product-in-Tank (PIT).
